How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Declaredswim Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Declaredswim Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by talking to the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please let us know too. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Declaredswim Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@declaredswim.garden and include:
- Your name and a good way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
