Declaredswim Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners who want new concrete work with independent providers. If you pour driveways, stamped surfaces or patios, you may be a good fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. We are looking for established local businesses that want to talk with homeowners who are ready to plan a project.

Who we are looking for

• Independent contractors who work on concrete driveways, stamped concrete and patios.
• Businesses that serve homeowners in Detroit and the Detroit area.
• Providers who carry the licensing and insurance that your state and local rules require.
• People who explain things in plain words and give written estimates.

What we expect

Homeowners who reach us are often unsure and a little worried. We ask providers to be patient with them. That means:

• Answer calls and messages in a respectful way.
• Give honest scopes and clear pricing.
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign.
• Make no claims you cannot back up.
• Stand behind your own work and your own contracts.

You remain responsible for your work, your crew, your permits and your agreements with customers. Declaredswim Concrete does not supervise jobs.
